  • After having an issue with Super Star Car Wash, I posted a negative review on Yelp. I had been washing my brand new 2015 truck exclusively at Super Star for four months, and the washes had caused swirl scratch marks all over the entire surface of the vehicle. The owner - JR - immediately reached out to me to rectify the problem. He offered me an orbital wax that is supposed to remove/reduce light surface abrasions, free of charge. After having my complimentary wax on Saturday, the end result is roughly an 80% reduction in swirl scratches. This kind of customer service is something that is rarely seen in this day and age. Super Star Car Wash really stepped up and took care of me and my truck. I will absolutely be going back here for quarterly full service exterior polishing and waxing.
