  • The lineups are always long but the staff appear to be working at top speed. Be prepared for hospital emergencies to take place nearby - there are plenty of patients and hospital staff walking around so it's nearly always crowded. I like that they have a variety of flavors to chose from too. Definitely full service. That being said, I'd chose this over TH any day of the week. Bonus points for not being cheap with Splenda packets. Using one or two of these in your coffee will cancel out all the calories in the massive brownies and cookies you can buy here ;-)
