  • Nobody working front desk. Staff screwing around in the back yelling and singing. I have an 11:30am appt and there are 20 people ahead of me that had no appts and are going in. Why the hell make appts if they just let people walk in and go in front of you. Front desk lady so friggin rude. This place is a complete joke.
