  • Their phone number doesn't work, they moved to a new location: 809 N SCOTTSDALE RD, SCOTTSDALE, AZ 85257 and I cannot find a working number anywhere. My best friend bought a vehicle from here about a month and a half ago, she doesn't do social media so I feel obligated to share her story for her. Here is what is happening to her (and if this is just a clerical faux pas with a holiday delay in customer service, I'll update this review): She was updating insurance and registration paperwork at MVD and found conflicting VIN numbers. So this car company is the financier of their own vehicles; She tried to call the phone number provided by the "dealership" for the past 2 days, although it worked before, it mysteriously is not working now. She got a hold of the "financier" and they immediately accused her of wanting to get out of a payment. She tried to state she wasn't sure she would even be able to legally keep the truck she has without getting any feedback from the dealership. She received no support from the financier, who seems to be one and the same in the dealership. I'm going through this experience with her so this is my informed opinion of this business. I know unless they pick up customer service in fixing a huge mistake of their own, I will not purchase anything from them AND I will definitely warn everyone I can. I will know when the problem has been fixed or not because I am the shoulder she is leaning on through this very stressful time.
