Trader Joe's is great for certain items and I love finding something new every time I go. I really like that all the products are Trader Joe's brand and the company is owned by Aldi.
There are always samples to try or just grab a shot of coffee when shopping. The employees are awesome and so helpful when you need to ask a question. There is never a wait for checkout and they open more cashiers if 2 or more people are waiting.
On this trip, I picked up some pasta, an organic French bread, pre cooked turkey meatballs, roasted garlic marinara, an herb crusted goat cheese log and a basil plant. I used some other ingredients like garlic, tomato and onion to make an amazing meal with lots of leftovers for less than $20.
Trader Joe's is really good to make a quick and delicious meal. I recommend skipping the snacks and stick with the basics. Try the vegetarian frozen meals if you need a quick lunch for work and don't meal prep. I read every ingredient label when I shop and I am always surprised at the healthy food they offer or stuff that isn't actually so good for you.
