  • I'm confused with the reviews here. I live here currently and I don't experience any cockroaches at all, maybe one in 3 months. This is Vegas where it is hot and I've lived at 5 other places before this which were newer and it was about the same. When one goes about make a fair assessment, it's important to factor in the price. The place has speed bumps, yes. For those who desire a drag race track it's not the right fit but it serves it's purpose of slowing down drivers. I can't see how that can be a negative. However considering the price, location, facilities/amenities this place is great. As for the landlord that's an issue with the individual apartments, not the complex as a whole. Silly of people to make complaints on individual units on Yelp. From looking at other reviews on Yelp regarding condo complexes it seems this is the norm - a constant gripe-fest from people who are never satisfied.
