rev:text	I got the WORST haircut of my life here!!! The lady who was available barely spoke English. That should've stopped me right there, but I was already there so I stupidly let this lady cut my hair. I asked for a trim with a refresh of my layers. Simple. First she said I needed to lose 3 whole inches of length to get rid of the split ends. I wasn't happy about it but my ends were horrible so I consented. Then she cut the longest layers and said she was done. But she never refreshed the shorter layers. I had to explain what "refresh the layers" meant!!! What well-trained hair dresser doesn't know what that means??? I wonder if she was even certified... Then she went back through and "refreshed the layers". After that I looked at it and it had a weird point in it, so I asked her to trim it off. Twice. Then I paid her and went home. I didn't realize how terrible a job she did til my mom got back from a weekend trip. She looked at my hair and asked what happened to it?? She said that it looked like a 5 year old cut it. I JUST CRINGED... I went upstairs and straighted it to allow me and my mom to get the best look that we could at it. It really does look that bad. I was hoping to get a great little haircut for a low price and then donate all my hair at the and of August. But instead I'm stuck w/ a shit haircut and 5 ish lost inches when I finally do donate it all. Ugh!! I've been growing it out for about 5+ years I'm guessing. It was all the way down to the middle of my butt, and now it's only to my lower back :(( Still long but not as long as it could've been. Owell there's not a damn thing I can do about it now, other than warn people away from this damn hair salon... NEVER LET A PERSON CUT YOUR HAIR IF THEY DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH WELL ENOUGH!!!! If they don't understand what your saying then just say no and leave.
