One of the worst bowling places I've ever been too. We decided to do the two hour bowling package and our lane had issues THREE times. We lost about 45 mins dealing with the management to care it. Upon telling one of the guys who worked there, he was like go to the front desk. Talking about the guy at the front desk now - an arrogant and rude guy who calls himself a manager of this place. At the end, he told us what can I do!? I am sorry. Like really dude!? You are getting paid to work there. There is something called customer care, which I think nobody knows of there. Would never go back here and would never recommend anybody to go there. If the owner of this place, cares about the reviews, I highly recommend to hire a new guy(who's apparently the manager) for the front desk. Someone who has at least the basic knowledge of how to talk the customers.
