rev:text	Hey Linq, you tried! The room remodel is super cute and trendy as well as the hotel's overall decor. This is the ONLY reason for the 2 stars. My Mom and I stayed here while she was visiting me this past weekend. I'm basically just going to run down a list for you here: - Check in clerk was not really friendly. She seemed kind of over her job. I mean, she worked with my Mom about the SURPRISE EXTRA FEES! - Speaking of extra fees, the WIFI NEVER WORKED. Ever. That was supposed to be included in our resort package but we could never access it and from the front desk to the concierge to the VIP services, no one could help us. Forget using your phones in the rooms, they'reas good as dead. - The elevator was almost always BROKEN. I felt exceptionally bad for those with strollers and the disabled folks who were unable to use the stairs. Luckily, my Mom's joints weren't bothering her and she could take the stairs sometimes. So, pro tip: book a low level floor. - That stairwell was gross. - Parking sucks. Flat out. - There may as well not have been a window in the room we got. They're still doing some construction, so that was our view. Guess who was up every AM at 7 sharp? So much for sleeping in when you've got an unorganized STOMP show going on outside your window. - The free water was nice. They had two free bottles of water in the room and working fridge that wasn't stuffed with bar items. - The pool area is super cute as well - though, it closes at 5:30p :/ Overall, I don't see this being a place that I ever return to, for a paid stay. I feel like they kind of ripped us off with the resort fee when the primary amenity that we needed to use, was unavailable. The service was not really that great either. The only person who was nice to us was the concierge that my mother asked to print off her boarding ticket. Go figure.
