  • We were looking for a family jeweler now that we've been in the valley for 3 yrs. went online and began our search. Elite had great reviews. So we gave them a try. Very attractive store, big,clean,well stocked and organized. We were greeted by Jake one of the owners. So warm and welcoming! After a quick greeting we told him we are from IL. He smiled and said me too. He then told us his family owns and operates Elite. We prefer to use small family owned businesses. Although they are far from small, turns out they provide lots of other stores in the valley with valuable items. They do all the work on the premises. We got an incredible quote for a repair on my engagement ring. Got my moms wedding set appraised, so I can send it to my newly engaged nephew. We also had some pieces to be cleaned. We traded stories of living in the same are a back in IL. Jake and his cousin took their time with us, we never felt rushed. Do yourself a favor, if you need a good family jeweler, don't hesitate to go to Elite! We cannot wait to pick up our items! Thanks Elite!! You guys are awesome!
