It has been 2 years since my last review of one of the best restaurants in the valley. I drive and hour to get here and it is well worth it. It is located in the historic district of Glendale. Small, quaint with the owners running the restaurant. I have never had a meal that was not outstanding, best soups ever, different every day. One of the owners is the chef and he is a genius. wonderful sandwiches, salads, and authentic Polish food. Homemade pirogues are to die for. The sausage is flavorful and will make you want more. They ever offer cooking classes. I have learned a lot of tips from taking the classes and you get to eat the meal at the end. This place is a must. If I could give it a 10 I would.
