rev:text	From the first visit to my most recent one, I was treated like a V.I.P. Anna, the office manager, is warm and kind as is Michelle who is a front office receptionist. I felt like I had known them all my life. Every patient is given V.I.P. treatment which is so important for walking into a place no one looks forward to ......THE DENTIST!!! Dr. Nguyen, is a true professional in his field. Since I'm a real coward when it comes to dentistry, he made sure I never experienced any pain. After my procedures were finished, I asked if I could get my teeth bleached. Dr. Nguyen told me I could. I'm a senior and due to age and wear and tear, my teeth were very yellow. Heather, the hygenist explained to me that some patients expect miracles and she let me know in advance not to expect one because of the reason stated above. I told her I understood. She took a "before" photo. She performed the procedure and gave me a bell to ring if I became uncomfortable or experience any pain. Well, the bell fell off the arm of the chair and "RANG" when it hit the floor and all of a sudden 4 or 5 team members yelled "Heather, room 3". She rushed in and saw the bell on the floor and then wanted to make sure it fell out of my hand by accident, which in fact it had. This is one of the reasons every patient is a VIP at Laser. The prices are affordable and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. As a final testimony, when Heather showed me the "after" photo and compared it to the before I was in a state of shock. I yelled "NO WAY" and she smiled and said "YES....WAY". I yelled out again "NO WAY" and Anna walked in my room with a big grin on her face but not quite as big as mine and said "They look beautiful" and I could have agreed with her any more than I did. Don't be a coward and ignore your teeth by "hating" to go to the dentist. Make an appointment and get the V.I.P. treatment like every patient gets.
