An update on my experience and their workmanship after evaluating their work after two years. Within the past year, my battery that was replaced there died and I was stranded. I called in to ask them about their warranty while I waited for Geico and was put on hold several times. No one was able to identify my battery was placed by them. I already ended my business with them but didn't update my previous review because I don't want to hurt small business with yelp. Maybe it was just my bad luck. Just today, I went in to get my engine splash guarded put back on somewhere else, they noticed something with my front brakes. My front brakes and rotor was replaced within the past year. According to the current mechanic, they put on very hard, low quality ceramic brakes that etched into the new rotors. I inspected myself. No wonder my car started shaking again. Just have to shake my head at this one. I've never had issues taking care of my car at the Toyota dealership but since it's over 100k, I decided to take care of maintenance outside of Toyota. Paid for the chance with more repairs is the trade off. This is just my experience with them. Others may be different. My review is based on physical findings and long term physical results. I'm currently having the front brakes replaced and rotors polished. I'd rather pay somewhere else than go back even if it's still under warranty.
