| - The worst customer service EVER!!!!!
I went to Ashley Home Store in Peoria on January 22, 2017 at 715pm to purchase 2 sofas for my living room. Before making any purchases, I did ask salesperson who was helping me if I am not happy with the purchase if I will be able to return 2 couches . Per salesperson, if not happy, yes, the items can be returned for a full refund. That was the BIGGEST LIE right away. I got my couches delivered the very next morning and I didn't like how they looked in my room. The couches were too big for my living room. I called the store right away, explained my situation and requested return. Per guy who was in charge of store, returns can not be make. By the way, the same guy who was supposedly in charge of store, he was supposed to check with his manager if the return can be make for a full refund. Until today I didn't receive any calls from him or your store. Why did you people lie in the first place if you people have NO RETURN POLICY????? Why do you people make your salespeople lie so you can sell your junk furniture??? By the way, your couches makes some weird noises like it is about to break. I want my FULL REFUND as soon as possible or I will contact my lawyer and sue you people. Also, I will contact all the TV and radio stations and bad mouth your store.
