I am giving an update on our 1 star review on our experience at NYPD on 1/22/2013. After posting our review on Yelp, we received an immediate response from Richard S. from NYPD, acknowledging our concerns of that afternoon. We were asked to give a contact number where we could be reached. My husband received a phone call the very next day from a very apologetic: Nichole, listening, understanding and agreeing with our issues during that visit. She was gracious enough to reimburse us the full amount and have personal apology note sent from the Managers. I have to say that NYPD Corporate handled our complaints to the best that they could and with that, we will give them another try. Thank you, NYPD Pizza
