  • AC went out in the middle of the night. Call my neighbor, property manager for a huge retirement community, and asked who they use for AC problems. She gave me Steve Morgeson's number and he was here before 1 PM. Quickly determined the compressor started capacitor was bad and thank goodness he had an American made replacement in his truck. Our AC was up in running in no time. Steve measured the current draw, put the cover back on and we have cool air. Very reasonable service and parts cost. You can bet that we will keep his card for a "Call First" on any AC issues.
