  • I once used Orangutan through HomeDepot to service my AC and overall that interaction was good. They claimed something was wrong and I decided to contact my home insurance because the quote was way beyond my budget. They sent someone else out and found out that the issue was not what they claim and it was an easy swap of a part. It cost me $50 and didn't have to pay for thousands of dollars worth of work. Same unit is still running strong.
