rev:text	I NEVER write reviews but I couldn't help but warn people about this place after I looked at its reviews and saw good things. Called in the morning to make an appointment, asked if they had time at 11 and said they said "yes" I said okay and after a long pause I said "would you like my name" he took it. When I showed up 5 before 11 I still had to wait for 15 minutes to start pedicure, the place was dirty, duct tape on massage chair controller, pedicure was good had timer for massage. Then came the manicure which I had to wait 20 minutes to start with someone different I had SNS on, the women took a fake nail and used it to pop off my old SNS, it was painful I told her I had never had it done like this. I then asked for French tip SNS she looked panicked then another women who worked there came to me to tell me that it won't look good ... I asked if they had experience in doing it since I had done it at different salons before with no problems... after the original women finished taking my nails off and filling a man came and sat and grabbed my hand and started working , never introduced himself or told me he was doing my nails... a soccer game was on during my manicure and he kept getting up from table to watch the game and then coming back to work on my nails multiple times... I still had power on my nails when he said I was done and... no lotion ... no massage ... nothing. My nails are now sore from having them pop off the old SNS. I was so upset the whole time, it was dirty and loud, rushed, and unprofessional. Only reason why I didn't give one star is because my pedicure was good.
