  • Escape rooms are a blast, and this was no exception. Our group did "The Agency", one of I believe five rooms at this location. The place books up relatively quickly, so you should go on the website to prepay and book your time. Bring your smartest friends because it's all about strategy and problem solving. Joel was one of the gentlemen who checked us in. He was great and offered a bit of flexibility when we got into a pinch with our group- which was extremely appreciated and he earned a repeat customer for certain. :) One star loss because of two things. We had a group of 8, and max for the room was 10- so we had two strangers in the group as well. This has not been the case with other escape rooms, and it took a little away from the experience for our first-timers. Second, our "group leader" or the person who watches you on camera was a little bit disappointing. We are convinced she missed one of our clue solves, which made us miss "escaping" by literally less than 5 seconds. Oh well, all in fun. We will be back.
