  • FAILED VASECTOMY-Big mistake from the beginning! The staff was unable to verify my benefits properly and made us pay $ upfront, after numerous calls to them and the insurance they FINALLY acknowledged that I was correct. Ok so we move onto the 'consultation'. The Dr. speaks in terms that are completely inappropriate, such as 'balls' etc.. Some people may think this is funny or whatever, but I prefer doctors to speak in appropriate medical terminology. Well we've made it this far-so we go forward with procedure- 6 months after procedure, two trips to the lab- learned it failed! Dr. says too bad so sad you signed a waiver that states the procedure is ONLY 99.5 % effective! Although he assured us in the consultation that he performs ALL 3 methods, cutting, clamping burning blah blah blah, essentially there is no way for it NOT to work,...except for that lil waiver that they have you sign which holds them harmless for your botched procedure which could result in a CHILD! So back to square one.
