I wasn't expecting much from pho on the strip. I knew it would be expensive, bland, and tiny but I didn't care. It wasn't that I wanted it, but that I NEEDED it. I got the big bowl with different types of meat. It really wasn't as bad. The portions were huge and they seemed nice. The soup was on the extra greasy side though but the meats, especially the meat balls were surprisingly good. One of the best balls I've had in my mouth :). The place was sorta of dirty with their utensils as it took me like 10 spoons to find a clean one but I would come here again if other noodle places can't satisfy a sista.
Oh, don't get the thai ice tea.
