  • Don't move here Management claims they are remodeling units OK if that means slapping paint on the walls and unfinished units not.to.mention apartment was not clean when we moved in. Where to start upon moving in 3 months ago nothing has been corrected. Front door huge gap doesn't close and as you know it gets windy in Nevada the front door will fly open, windows are broken can't close all the way and windows are cracked (management told me not to worry there double pained What!"") Black mold in the toilets and bathtub, kitchen drawers fall on your feet drawers are broken, screens missing, almost all of the outlets will shock you and then blow out, all doors either doesn't close or sticks, and to top it off heater doesn't work and now I am sick. Called in maintenance 4 days ago and nothing, bathtub is cracking. Can't wait to move.
