| - Julio's Too is the take out counterpart to Julio G's, which is a very consistent 4 stars. This take out side has more of a concession stand vibe, but also has a few tables should you want to order something and eat it there without getting the full experience next door.
I really love Julio G's Pollo Diablo, so I ordered that to go. We also got a cheese quesadilla and French fries... yes I know. Why would you ever get fries from a Mexican restaurant? Well as expected, they weren't so great. Not worth it even if you think it will cure your craving. The cheese quesadilla was fine and the pollo diablo was good, but just not quite as good as the version served next door. Of course, being takeout, some of the effect is lost once you finally get home and dig in, not to mention the warmth. This is not Julio Too's fault though, that's just take out 101.
We got a bag to fill with chips and some salsa as well. Crispy but definitely not as warm or fresh like the sit down version of Julio's. Overall, if you are craving Julio's but need to get take out, this is a nice easy set up to get your food to go. Otherwise, I recommend just popping next door for the full experience!
