  • I only go to the office for facials- the aesthetician is absolutely fabulous! She is so friendly and very good at what she does. Cheryl (the front office person- receptionist) is SO rude! She is so unfriendly, I feel uncomfortable just checking in. She never looks at you and does not greet you when you arrive. She has made eye contact with me one time and it was to try an up-sell me to a more expensive treatment. When I did not want the up-sell, she was nasty about it- telling me I could have skin like hers and no wrinkles- no thank you.
