  • I have used this company for at least a year now and since they changed from Planet Hugger to PurMaid things have gone downhill. The crew is nice and they do a pretty good job. I like that the products do not have a strong scent and they are eco friendly. What I do not like is that the last 2 times I had a window of an hour for the arrival time. The first time they showed up an hour and a half after the end of the window. The second time I waited over 2 hours after the end of the window and they never arrived. I tried to call them and text them both incidences and never got in touch with anyone. To say the least I am done with this company.
