  • Customer service in the grooming dept has always been on the down side. The girls I dealt with are usually sassy, and don't seem like they care about the animals they're caring for. I also brought my dog here for training school in the past and it didn't help with anything at all. Us owners are basically being schooled and then we school our pets. Total waste of money. Need i mention the lack of service by the cashiers as well.. ya lol but unfortunately this is my closest petsmart location
