  • I wish we had read the reviews here BEFORE going. My family member had an appt this morning on 11/2/17. They said to be there a half hour early, we were. Even though we had done the online paperwork. There was more paperwork to do there. The two ladies at the front desk were the only good thing about this place. They was nice. So we get brought back about 10 minutes after our appt time to get blood pressure taken before being put into a room. The hispanic girl that did this was curt, not nice. She rudely took my family member's BP then said that there was only one doctor in today working so they had a lot of rooms so they were putting us into a room like a lot of others. She said there are many before you. We wait, we wait, we wait... At the time when it was now 50 minutes after appt time we are hearing a LOT of loud raucous laughter, a male voice (whom I later found out to be the urologist, Dr. ___stein, I don't remember his complete name). He was VERY loud, with the door closed to the room we were in we could hear him saying, "what are we getting for lunch? what are you getting? what are you getting? Well you know I like mine SPICY". He said the word spicy in a weird way. So weird that I opened the door to look out and he was making a weird sort of body movement almost like the end of a dance or something. Hard to explain. He spoke loud and proud with all the girls in the back for 10 minutes at least, ignoring all of the waiting patients and he had to know we could hear him and the girls he was talking with. So the little girl that took the BP came to our door when the doctor saw me and went hurriedly into the room next to us to see the next patient. She asked if everything was ok. I told her we shouldn't be waiting 50 minutes past appt time when all that is going on for the last 10 minutes was her, the other females and the urologist talking about food, laughing, joking, making it clear that we were nothing more than a number. She still so rudely said that if we wished we could reschedule. She also said at first that the urologist was not there with them talking about chinese food... I told her what I saw, and she said, "well maybe he was there only 5 or 10 minutes! Now I don't want to argue." I think she wasn't smart enough to realize that she was doing exactly that, raising her voice, arguing, after being caught lying. We went out to the front, the very nice ladies there asked if we had been seen, we told them no and they were shocked. I think they are not aware that they are the only ones working in the office and they are the only two that seemed to care at least on this day. I wish we would have read the reviews on here before, we had a very horrible time here. We did NOT reschedule as why would we ever go back. I hope that they learn to treat patients better and with more thoughtfulness.
