  • Went to this facility to be seen for a swollen vein in my leg. When I approached the front desk the person behind the desk asked what do I need I told him I have a swollen vein and he said just so you know we won't be able to do anything just send you to emergency. I asked Can I have someone look at my leg anyway. I will determine if I need to go to emergency He said what's your insurance so gave him my insurance he then send so it will cost you $161.00 with this type of insurance. So I would need to pay 161 for no diagnosis with insurance. He said something like it's not us it's your insurance deductible. I said I met my deductible he then answered that's what I said then it's 20%. At this point I left. Not so urgent or not so caring.
