  • A Perfect Fit is an incredible agency. I myself was a nanny for 7 years before having children of my own. I AM EXTREMELY particular on who cares for my children, as I'm sure most of us are. Perfect Fit first and foremost listened to the needs of our family and calmed my nerves by allowing me to ask almost a million questions. I also felt that they didn't just rush through to find someone. Instead they took our personal needs/requests into great consideration before CAREFULLY selecting a few candidates. I was able to speak to the nannies myself and had an in home interview/trial before I made any commitments. They're customer service is impecable and you will be heard. I'm also pretty particular about promptness and this agency definitely has a sense of urgency and gets back to you very quickly! Again, being in the nanny business myself, I'm pretty picky when it comes to who I will work with, and this agency and Jen is TOP NOTCH! I would recommend this agency in a heartbeat! I am confident that my children are well cared for, loved and I don't have to worry when I'm away.
