  • I cannot begin to express how the head of security made my family and I feel. Holiday Inn is suppose to welcome guests from all over the world, but how can they when their head of security at this location racially profiles and kicks you out of the hotel for simply asking what his name is after being disrespected by him? I will never step foot here again. I feel sorry for the staff members who work there, as they too saw everything that occurred and profusely apologized when they had the chance. According to the police officer, it is not his first time pulling a stunt like this.
