It's a huge store with tons of different products and everything you need for home or office. The problem is, there's not enough employees. The service was horrible when I was there. I had to practically chase down someone to help me find something. I walked up to one employee who was speaking with another customer. I just stood there, waiting until it was my turn. However, the staff member went off with the customer to help them find something without acknowledging I was there. - There was no "I'll just be with you in one second" or "I'm just going to help this woman and then I'll be right with you". The exact same thing happened again when I found another employee...I hate being ignored whenever I go into a store. Eventually, after 15-20 minutes, I finally found somebody and they were able to help me. Bottom line is, Canadian Tire needs better customer service.
