  • Wow... what an incredible experience. From start to finish this shop sets itself apart from the rest (I say that with the upmost respect, as I have many tattoos from around town). This was my first tattoo from Robert Pho and the piece is my favorite to date. From an early age I saw a water color painting of an Old Man (Red Man), my uncle had painted using only the color red. I always knew I wanted this artwork on my body but was hesitant to get a portrait piece. I moved out to Vegas almost 5 years ago and right away was directed to Skin Design. Incredible work coming out of this shop, simply incredible! For me, the portrait pieces really resonated as well as the black art work being done at the shop. I knew at some point I would get tattooed in this shop. 4 1/2 years later I did. My uncles Red Man painting (as my mother refers to it) is now subtly BLASTED on my forearm amidst other great art work. The Red Man portrait (in all black) is incredible and I believe it was Robert's first time recreating a water color portrait. It's all black and beautiful :) if/when I get another portrait piece, this is where I'll go. Again, from start to finish the professionalism exceeded my expectations. Tattooing is a process, for both the artist and individual being tattooed. What an experience it is to be tattooed within the renowned walls of Skin Design... Michelle (Robert's personal assistant) will communicate clearly and accurately to your needs and before you know it; you've walked in, sat for your session and are now walking out with something so special words limit the rapturous awe captured on your body.
