  • Very nice guy came out to the house and offered a very realistic quote to take care of the front yard. Was on time and professional. This was a Tuesday. Said his crew would be out Friday between 9-11. Shook his hand said great see you then. Friday between 9-11 has come and gone. No call no show. I didn't bother calling. I'm not going to beg someone to maintain my yard. I've taken care of my yard myself for ten years. Was looking forward to letting someone else help me with it. Meh, oh well. I'll just do it myself. Too bad. I hate bad experiences with businesses. Maybe I'll give it a whirl with another company next time. It won't be KO Landscaping. UPDATE: The yard looks very nice. I appreciate the work. Thank you. The initial review was left when I was under the assumption no work had been done. Your company strikes me as professional which is why I was surprised when my wife called me at 3pm to let me know no one ever showed. It wasn't until I was home from work later that I learned the crew stopped by around 4pm to clean up the yard. Again, thanks for the work (and the discount, which my wife asked for....I wouldn't have asked for one, not my style). I understand things happen, they do all the time. A phone call is all that would have been needed in regards to a delay. Maybe next time. Many thanks.
