  • I arrived Sunday at 4:18. I wrote my name in the book and was told someone would be with me in just a few minutes. I was only there to get one nail fixed. I am a regular after this place. I come twice a month wih my daughter for gel fills and pedicures. I waited for about a half hour and asked about how much longer. I was told " he's just finishing up". I seen owner Cindy leave at 5pm while I was still waiting. At 5:20 the desk girl says I am so sorry all the technicians are going home and no one can take you, we open at 9:30. I just waited for an hour & never offered a drink. And now I have wasted my time. I should have been told this from the get go instead of them trying to squeeze me in. It was now to late to go to sweet nails. I am beyond upset with this shop. Time to fund a new place. I cannot believe I was treated this way especially because I am a frequent customer.
