  • I guess I'm not the norm. I purposely dress down when I go shopping to avoid being followed around by well-meaning sales people on commission. Dillard's has fantastic sales and I never feel pressured by the sales ladies to hurry up and make a purchase. Unlike Nordstrom where I am constantly saying, "no thanks, no help needed", the employees here let me browse and shop and shop and browse as long as my little heart desires. If I need help, I ask, and they courteously take care of me. If not, which is normally the case, they let me be to find my own way. Thanks Dillard's!
