Being a true New Mexican I had to try this place out. When you pull into the parking lot it's valet only, I'm not a fan of that at all but it's complimentary and being the lots so small it's understandable. When you walk in you enter into the patio dining with lots of tables and room. The restaurant inside is extremely small and when I went it was packed, I recommend a reservation on weekends. I had to sit on the patio and it was a bit chilly. I ordered the Carne Adovado. It came with pinto beans and rice. The red chile was delicious, it was truly New Mexican no doubt. The pork was smoked which isn't in any way, shape or form New Mexican but it was extremely tender. I wasn't a fan of the smokey flavor with the red chile. True New Mexican restaurants serves chips and salsa before the meal and sopapillas with the meal. I missed that but all in all I would go back for the red chile alone.
