  • I was so excited to visit this dentist, but it was a major let down. I had an appointment to have my Invisalign attachments removed. Long story short I was there for an hour, but walked out with the attachments still on my teeth. They appointment was turned in to a consultation for other things the dentist thought would be beneficial for my teeth/jaw. I had no problem with the dentist consulting me on other procedures until I was escorted out of the treatment room and told I would need to make another appointment to get the attachments removed. Excuse me, but that is exactly what I already did and what this appointment was for. Bottom line, I left there very upset and feeling like my time was disrespected. I will not being going back to this dentist and wouldn't recommend the office to anyone. The office gets 2 starts for being nicely decorated, and because the front desk associate and hygienist I spoke with were very nice.
