  • I will use TIO from here on out. Bob came out and gave me a formal estimate to do some work in my house...install 4 new fixtures and then wire and install 2 new fans. Mere days later he was back out to do the work. He was friendly and professional. He is also a heads-down, get-the-job done kind of person. He worked non-stop and cleaned up after done. There was also an apprentice that showed up...over an hour late and then left for 3 hours only to return to help load up the tools. I understand this is maybe an internal issue, but it is was observed at the client level. I felt bad for Bob not having help for the duration of the work. This did not influence my rating, because the work was done and done well regardless of my sympathy :) Nonetheless, I will personally request to have Bob back and have already started making a list of the work in Phase 2. Oh, and the cost to have everything done was extremely fair.
