  • The hostess Audriana shouldn't be allowed to be a hostess, stick her in the back for prep work so no one else has to encounter her attitude. As a previous restaurant manager, your hostesses are the face of the company. The first people your customers encounter. My boyfriend dropped me off at the door to get a table, so I put my name in and proceeded to wait. Well I wanted to double check to make sure there wasn't anything inside at the bar, when I was about to walk back outside my boyfriend walked in with a nose bleed and needed to go to the bathroom. She had the audacity to stop us and tell us we can't be inside "you must wait outside," extremely rude as he had blood dripping down his face. We haven't even eaten yet. Hope our server is better.
