| - So sad to write this review. Dishonest and Bait and Switch Practices. I really wanted the new location to be awesome, but unfortunately, it has proven to be a one star review. I went the first time and the cost for cut, color, and style was $120. I didn't receive any discount for this first visit as others have suggested. Then, when I came back for my second (six weeks later) I brought a 40% coupon in. I called before I came in and talked with the office manager, Stacey, who confirmed I could use the 40% coupon on my entire visit. Unfortunately, when I checked out (after getting a color and style, no haircut), I was charged $110. When I questioned the office manager, Stacey, on the discrepancy in cost and asked why she hadn't applied the 40% coupon. She insisted that she did. She was rude and told me, "It's simple math." I even told her that I didn't even get a hair cut on the visit, but she insisted she was correct and repeatedly told me that I was charged for a color, blow dry, and style. Again, I explained that I received all the same services and a haircut at my first visit and was only charged $120. Her response, "Well, you got a good deal then." I told her that she was being dishonest and using a bait and switch methods that were dishonest and sadly, caused me to go elsewhere for services. This is sad because Olga, my stylist did a fabulous job on my hair. I can't believe Stacey is the office manager and I hope that the owner hasn't lost too many other clients due to her dishonesty and rudeness. Yet a few friends I originally referred are having the same problem. They are inconsistent in their fees. One day it's one price, the next day it's another. Strange. I had really hoped the owner could be successful in her new location.
