  • This was my daughter's first escape room experience and for her Birthday. I was not impressed to have arrived early for the orientation and the "boss" wasn't there and nothing was prepared for our group. No theme music,personalized screen, no themed dress of staff like we saw and were told before. Then to hear that the Walkie Talkie did not work properly because the "bosses" went dead during their session did not make me a happy client. The girls had a good time but from the few who had been to escape rooms before-they were not impressed. I got this on a Groupon thankfully or I would have been irate like the group who came after us(which is a whole other complaint).
