This location is one of three locations within the Yonge/Finch area and Yonge/Sheppard area. My routine is a class and than some weights or circuit training.
SERVICE
Good. Everyone is generally happy including the cleaning staff. The instructor for the classes at this location are motivating and aggressive at the same time. They really challenge you.
EQUIPMENT
There is a good range of equipment. You have your typically circuit training consisting of 12-15 machines. There are a sufficient amount of treadmills, stair-masters, elliptical and bicycles to accommodate a busy day. The are for the free weights do get crowded. There is one squash court with weekly tournaments. A main workout space for classes. The best class with the best overall workout is BODYCOMBAT. There is a cycling room that on the second where the change rooms are.
FACILITIES
Yoga is great. I usually attend the free sessions on Wednesday 7:15pm and Fridays at noon. No pool. And the list above.
LOCATION
Conveniently located right at Finch subway station. No need to walk outside.
PARKING
Available free underground for two hours.
OVERALL
This one is convent for me because there is no need to go outside as it accessible direct from the subway. The only comment is a little bit bigger would be nice.
