  • It's always the worse when there's only one that's good. I saw all of the reviews about how great Irma is. I was helped by another woman. She didn't ask how I wanted my eyebrows but I told her I was trying to grow them out to be thicker. She ended up making them thinner than what they were when I came in! I mentioned it to her after she was done and she said "oh sorry". No real remorse. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend.
