rev:text	their Jeep service department is great! I have used them for the past 4 years. The salesman Erik Knox is great! so why not 5 stars??? because buying from them is just throwing good money away!! They have lost 2 sales from me in the past 2 years because they are ALWAYS thousands more than others. Their Manager Juan is cocky and unreasonable. He is "confident" in his numbers and he will assure you, there is no way you will get a better price out the door, Plus he is shady when he gives you a quote, he throws in an extra 1500 off and then will tell you (at the last moment) that is only if you have bad credit- so if you pay your bills on time, he takes it away!!!. He also refused to explain an additional $1800 fee hidden into the taxes and fees quote. I asked what it was, but he changed the subject.... they have a mandatory Add On of another $1795 called the Desert protection plan... Hegg in Mesa is much cheaper, they also have the same Dessert Protection Plan add on, but theirs is only 1400 and for 2 extra years(5 years total + lifetime powertrain warranty). Bill Luke has No Add Ons and they are also thousands cheaper than Chapman. I hope the GENERAL MANAGER takes a close look at their current manager Juan and makes some management changes. They won't even list the proper gas mileage on their websites???? (FYI the V6 1500s don't get 12 city miles per gallon, they get 17-- a manager should know that!) If for any reason you still decide you don't mind throwing away a few thousand $$s. Ask for Erik Knoxs (aka Old Erik) He is great. Calm, not pushy at all, and he is very honest.
