This review is based on what I saw, not on what I ate here as just a note to my friendly vegans out there I was told by the staff here today that NOTHING is 100% vegan here unfortunately :'( I've been experiencing Italian food -withdrawal ever since coming back from my trip, so knew that I needed to check out Forno Cultura soon. Just like in Italy, you can dine in or take out. There's limited seating and is quite crowded, but it's a really cool experience because you can actually view the kitchen staff working their magic all around you. There are pre-packaged baked goods and fresh bread loaves for sale as well as absolutely beautiful-looking true Italian pastries. Pizza al taglio (slices) are also available for those seeking a savory meal - there are vegetarian and meat options available, but again unfortunately no vegan. Tbh the pizza did not look fresh this morning as you couldn't smell it even up close and the crust looked dry and stale.
