I lived here for about 6 months last year, and my experience was fair. Some of the pros of this apartment complex include a pretty quick application process, furnished units, and flexible lease terms. I also loved the fact that they offer free cable tv and paid utilities (no worries about an electric bill). I never noticed any bugs (roaches nor bed bugs) because my unit was recently renovated upon move-in. Generally, the leasing manager was professional and courteous.
The only cons are associated with this location seeming so desolate now that the Wal-Mart is closed. If you utilize public transportation this may be an issue because there are no stores within close proximity. I also disliked the size of my unit (Cube 1), because it was so small. Unfortunately, there was no closet, countertop space, or conventional oven in my unit. Realistically, each of these amenities I never realized that I missed until moving here.
If you are single and searching for a temporary place to stay (for a few months) this is a great option. The suite style apartments are decent if you are new in town and if you are on a budget.
