  • I'm glad I got to see this, I really am. I was surprised that I loved it, given that I absolutely detest the film version of The Lion King (yeah, yeah, I know... not a popular opinion...)... but it was fantastic. The costumes were awe-inspiring. I loved how simple the scenery was because it didn't detract from the acting. I wish we could see it again. Sigh.
