  • Perkopolis is a employee discount program where you can purchased different services at a discounted rate. For example, you can purchase theatre, attractions, movies and sport tickets as well as hotels at a discount. Tickets are discounted between 10-65%. I have used Perkopolis to purchased discounted Raptor tickets in the past. Recently, I tried to purchase Ripley's Aquarium Tickets. One adult ticket was advertised at a discount of $28. 27 (before taxes). They posted the original cost of the ticket at $33.88. With service fee and tax, two adult tickets would cost $66.09. A discount of about 10%. However, I went to the Aquarium and purchased tickets there today and found out that an adult ticket cost $29.98 (before tax). I paid $67.75 (including tax) for two adult tickets. So there is a big discrepancy between what Perkopolis advertised and what I paid at Ripley's. I am very disappointed with Perkopolis. This is FALSE advertisement and the saving was $1.66 - definitely not the 10-65% savings as per their website. Now, I don't feel I can trust what perkopolis says and will have to be careful when ordering things off their site to make sure there is a REAL discount. Sometimes it may not even be worth the hassle to order from Perkopolis because some of their ways of delivering the tickets are an inconvenience. You can only pick up the Ripley tickets at the Perkopolis location OR wait for postage delivery. With this in mind AND their false advertisement, I will not be using Perkopolis anytime soon!
