I've never been to a Mongolian grill before so not sure if this is good or bad for Mongolian but I thought it was amazing.
You walk in with a bowl to a buffet type spread. You pick your freeze dried meats, veggies, noodles, rice. (The key is to pack them in the bowl as tight as your can so you get tons. Then you make your own sauce from a combo of sauces. You give it to the cook and they grill it up. RESULTS: Flavor glory!
