  • They used to be one of my go to grocery stores but no more. I was in there this morning and the store is not as well kept as before, rude people, but the best part was the cashier this morning. She kept asking me questions in a mumbling manner. I had to ask her to repeat herself several times which she obviously didn't appreciate and then finally getting an answer - I forgot to tell her I had bottled water in my cart - the bagger by this point had left. So I pay, go to bag my own groceries - and I realize I had the water still. She then proceeds to say - quite clearly this time for everyone to hear - "You didnt tell me you had water - you need to pay for it." Well, yes - I do - but I definitely think there are better ways of her saying that then the rude accusatory way she did - embarrassing me in front of three surrounding check lanes - I was obviously not trying to steal water. So I am done - no. more Smith's for me
